Lancelin is 127 kilometres north of Perth, and will take you about 90 minutes from the city. You can travel north on the Mitchell Freeway until you reach the Burns Beach exit, where you turn right at the exit. Continue 3 kilometres along Burns Beach Road until you reach Wanneroo Road, and then turn left. Lancelin is about a 75 minutes drive north from here.

Lancelin is well sign posted and is the turn off on Lancelin Road to Lancelin is well marked. Follow Lancelin Road into Lancelin town.

When you reach the town of Lancelin and the end of this road, turn right into Gingin Road.
Follow Gingin Road for 1.2 kilometres until you reach Lancelin Primary School.
Turn right immediately after the school into Sidney Street. Then turn first left into Bootoo Street.
Follow Bootoo Street for 0.8 kilometres and you will see a sign that says “Lancelin Off Road Area”
Turn right at this sign down the limestone track.
Head down about 50 metres until you reach the first car park just after the bend. There are 3 large tyres at the car park entrance. This is where the Desert Storm Adventure Tour departs from.
