Do I need to sign a Waiver?
Yes. We require all passengers to sign a 'Waiver and Liability Release Agreement. You can download this form here to save time on the day.
What shall I bring with me?
Don't forget your hat, sunglasses and your camera for some memorable photos.
What shall I wear?
Please wear any casual clothes and dress according to the weather. Hat and sunglasses are usually required. Shoes are not essential as the sand does not get too hot underfoot. A jacket is seldom required in spring, summer and autumn.
Are there any weight restrictions?
The vehicle has been specifically designed to give passengers a safe, thrilling and comfortable ride, therefore there is a maximum payload permitted. The entrance ladder, seating and sandboards are all designed to carry a maximum weight of 100kg. We are unable to carry any passenger over the weight of 100kg.
How many people does the bus hold?
The bus seats up to 36 people. Due to the vehicle having a maximum payload the actual number of passengers can vary depending on how many adults and children there are.
Are there any age restrictions?
There are no age restrictions, however children under 3 years old must sit on an adults knee at all times. Parents must consider if this adventure tour is appropriate for young children. Although we have a 100% safety record some young children may get frightened due to the nature of the ride, loud music and screams from other passengers.
Do I need to book?
In order for us to operate efficiently bookings are essential. Just turning up and trying to get on board usually ends in dissapointment but is worth a try if you happen to be in Lancelin.
How long are the tours?
Please see our Pricing & Duration page.
What are the departure times?
Departure times vary daily as we try to accommodate weather conditions and peoples itineraries. Please contact us when you have a date in mind.

How many tours are there per day?
As we organise tours according to numbers the number of tours operating can vary on a daily basis.
Is the tour suitable for a physically disabled person?
